The Hollywood Vampires Announce Spring Tour

Today The Hollywood Vampires have announced Spring tour dates which will take place on the West Coast in May.

The Hollywood Vampires, which features Alice Cooper, Joe Perry and Johnny Depp, are taking to the road. The live lineup includes guitarist Tommy Henriksen (Alice Cooper), along with rock star musician friends Glen Sobel (Alice Cooper) on drums, Chris Wyse (The Cult) on bass, and Buck Johnson (Aerosmith) on keyboard and vocals.

Tickets go on general sale on Friday, March 8 at 10am local time, while the VIP packages will go on sale on Tuesday, March 5.

The Hollywood Vampires have a long legacy. They began in the upstairs bar of the legendary club, The Rainbow Bar & Grill on the Sunset Strip back in 1969. It was where all the rock stars who either lived in or were passing through Los Angeles. “To join the club, one simply had to out drink all of the members,” says Alice Cooper, a founding member of the original Vampires.

Alice Cooper and his good friend Johnny Depp decided the spirit of The Hollywood Vampires should continue (without the drinking) and enlisted the help of Joe Perry.

New music is expected from The Hollywood Vampires this summer.
