Lit and Fuel at Grand Falls Casino in Larchwood, IA

Lit and Fuel brought their energetic and mind-blowing performances to Grand Falls Casino in Larchwood, Iowa, leaving the crowd wanting more.

The bands have teamed up resulting in the Ignited We Stand Tour, a tour you do not want to miss.

Lit kicked the night off with their punchy sound. Songs like “Four” and “Zip-Lock” from their 1999 album A Place In The Sun were sure to have the audience jumping around and having fun. The set included songs both new and old for everyone to enjoy. Songs were played from the 1990’s albums all the way to their most recent 2022 release, Tastes Like Gold.

The band said that they want their songs to make the audience feel like they are back in the 1990s to early 2000s. This was right before leading into the song “Over My Head” from the 2001 album Atomic. They encouraged lighters to be held up throughout their songs, which many of the audience members did. Lit also covered “Let’s Go” by The Cars before closing out the night with one of their biggest songs, “My Own Worst Enemy.”

Before “My Own Worst Enemy” was played, the band had expressed their gratitude for people calling up radio stations and requesting the song to be played when it was first released. Their energetic set was around an hour long and was sure to get everyone out of their seats. The band had also made sure to take a photo with the crowd before leaving the stage.

Fuel was up next and delivered an unforgettable and powerful performance. Songs like “Bittersweet” and “Last Time” were attention-grabbing and jolted everyone awake. The set flowed with different-paced songs such as “Innocent” and “Bad Day” from the album Something Like Human. Many people took out their lighters again and held them up in the air during these songs.

The audience was told that Mark Klotz, the band’s guitarist, can sing about any rock song out there. The band covered “Highway to Hell” by AC/DC with Klotz’s vocals which received loud cheering.

“Hemorrhage (In My Hands)” was performed last, concluding the nearly one-hour performance. Afterward, the singer walked into the pit to high-five fans. After that, both bands made sure to spend some time meeting and talking to fans at the merch table.

Lit and Fuel seem to be very supportive of each other, thanking and speaking positively of each other during both sets. Earlier in the night, Lit had mentioned that they are all great people who work well together. Both bands were also very appreciative of the audience’s support.

Currently, both bands have tour dates scheduled until August.
