Live-Streaming Concerts and Performances

If you’re missing going to live shows with all the postponements and cancelations, check out which artists are live-streaming their shows.

As we’ve previously mentioned, artists like Benjamin Jaffe and Yungblud amongst others have started live-streaming shows in the wake of COVID-19. While we might not be able to go to the concerts, the concerts can come to us. Below we will be updating the list of musicians who will be live-streaming. If you are a musician, let us know what you have planned and we’ll get you added.

MARCH 17

Frank Turner – Live show on Facebook – Free show broadcast live at 8.30pm UK time, 4.30pm East Coast, 1.30pm West Coast, 7.30am Australia), 3 sets, same as a regular solo show. You can watch for free but he will be running a fundraiser for his touring family. 

Dropkick MurphysStreaming Up From Boston – online concert will be simulcast worldwide on Tuesday, March 17 (St. Patrick’s Day) at 7:00 PM ET / 4:00 PM PT via the band’s YouTube, Facebook Live and Instagram pages, as well as via Twitch.

 

Joe Pug – launching “Personal Concerts” – you can pick a time and you and some friends (up to five connections total) can jump on a video connection with Joe and he’ll play three songs just for you. (Requests are welcome and encouraged!) In addition you’ll get two guest list spots to any headline show in the future. Click here to sign up.

March 19

Brad Paisley – 6pm EST. You can catch Brad performing requests from home on Facebook Live. You can text him your requests at 615-235-5921.

March 20

Belle and the Dragon (feat. Fyleaf & P.O.D. members) – going live every Friday at 12 PST for the next few weeks. There will be acoustic performances, chats, guitar lessons and more. You can access it here.

Kelsea Ballerini – Kelsea is releasing her new self-titled album and is going to livestream the release party at 10pm EST on Instagram.

Erykah Badu –  will perform “Apocalypse One : live interactive experiment from badubotron” on her Instagram. You can access the live-stream for $1 and vote on songs for her to perform. 

March 21

Toronzo Cannon and The Chicago Way – Get your Blues fix with Chicago’s own Toronzo Cannon at 3.30pm CT. Tip and donations accepted by PayPal and Zelle. 

Melody Angel – streaming live from Rosa’s Lounge from 4pm-5pm CT. You can tip Melody through PayPal – bookingmelodyangel@gmail.com.

Jewel – after having to cancel her non-profit’s fundraiser which funds 80% of her foundation’s budget to help at risk youth with housing, food, clothing necessities, and mentoring, as well as physical, emotional, mental, and health tools, Jewel is doing a Live From San Quarantine: A Livestream Concert. This will include music and conversation about rising above our adversity to become our best selves in the face of these challenges. You can tune in on her Instagram and Facebook pages on Saturday, March 21, at 5pm PST / 8pm EST.  This concert will benefit Jewel‘s Never Broken program powered by the Inspiring Children Foundation. The goal is to get 5,000 people to donate $1/day, just $30/month for one year. The MastersonsSixthman Sessions – Mi Casa, Su Casa! – 5pm-5.30pm on Facebook.

Jim Peterik – GRAMMY- award winning co-writer of “Eye of the Tiger” will share his brand-new anthem for these challenging times, along with the biggest hits from his long musical history. The live-streaming concert will include a Q&A segment. Donations will be accepted, 100% of which will benefit the MusiCares foundation, which supports musicians in need.
